Filmmaker & Industry/VIP Guest FAQ

Where are the festival locations?

Check out our locations page on our website here.

Where do I pick up my pass?

You can pick up your pass at the Box Office located at the Erickson Theatre 1524 Harvard Ave, Seattle, WA 98122.

You will be able to pick up your pass at the Box Office on the first day you attend the festival. The Box Office will open 40 min (1 hour prior to the screening time on opening night) prior to the first screening of each day (May 3-5 & 11-12) and will close during the last screening of each day. The other days of the festival are all free events at different locations. Please see the full schedule for details. Please note: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the screening starts. Seating is not guaranteed after that time.

When should I arrive at my screening and what should I do when I get there?

Please arrive 30-45min prior to your screening time. When you arrive, if you have not done so already, please visit the Box Office to pick up your pass. Then ask for the House Manager and let them know you are a guest with the film. They will connect you with the staff member doing the Intro and Q&A so you can coordinate.

What does my filmmaker badge enable me to do?

Your GUEST badge will get you into any Translations screening and party, free of charge!
